INCIDE offers a wide range of services across the qualitative to quantitative spectrum in order to gain the sort of knowledge and information that businesses demand. These include:

Qualitative - group recruitment and moderation, affinity groups,  one on one interviews and online groups

Quantitative  - Online research, including panel set up and management, telephone interviews (CATI), in-depth interviews and tracking studies.

Our strengths are in questionnaire design and development, cost effective and efficient data collection methodologies, project management (especially in multi-country or global surveys) data analysis and reporting. In addition to strong research skills our team is well versed in the business context and decision making that research needs to support. We are able to think strategically whilst maintaining attention to detail.

We have worked across a wide variety of target audiences from the consumer to opinion leaders, senior managers including CEO's and financial directors through to small business owners and decision makers within large and small organisations.

In addition to external audiences we have also conducted internal staff research looking at a range of issues from organisational perceptions and individual satisfaction to corporate brand awareness and culture.

All research studies are designed to individual client specifications, to ensure that they provide actionable information, to assist brand and business strategy and direction.
